How does yoga help in better digestion?Just like for many other ailments, yoga helps in achieving a better digestive system through constant stimulation and massaging.
How does this happen? Yoga postures compress and releases the abdomen, where the digestive organs are located. It is like massaging the digestive system with each pose, releasing old blood, bile and lymph fluid, so that fresh blood and prana/ breath can flow in.
