- Yoga for Beginners & Intermediates: A gentle flow class, focusing on synchronizing the breath, mind and movement. Variations of poses are provided to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for you to explore what your body can do. enabling you to get more out of your practice. The emphasis is on exploring the postures, breathing and relaxation, while building strength and endurance, in a way that is suitable for everyone, regardless of faith or current fitness.
- Yoga for Children: Teaches basic yoga poses for the upliftment of the growing brains. It is a fun class which helps children to stimulate their creative abilities and concentration. As they grow older, these yoga practices will augment their learning abilities at school. This class is for the children between the ages of 6 to 12 years.
